Natalie is an experienced entrepreneur and product/growth leader with a proven track record of scaling companies from a blank sheet of paper to successful exit. Natalie cofounded the investment platform, Hatch, and was the Chief Experience Officer for 5 yars. She sold Hatch in 2022 and went on to be an independent consultant for 1 year before founding Powrsuit, a network for women leaders. Powrsuit equips women with the tools and connections to succeed in their career on their own terms. They exist for women leaders at every level.
